Pyramids of Garr's

The Doctor Who travels to see his old friend Lord Scarman to help him sort out the Brixton riots but is thrown off course and crash lands in an Irish bog. Emerging into the pub itself, he finds a deranged scifi fan, tanked up on Guinness, helping the regulars to form a giant human pyramid. Furthermore, he is encouraging them to put all their savings into an unsustainable get-rich scheme based solely on signing up other investors. The Doctor Who steals all the cash and throws the fiendish Garr out of the pub. Still under the influence of the Guinness, Garr is left wandering Dublin's streets, gurgling "Are you my mummies?"

The Celestial Toymaker

Diana and Dodo discover that the Doctor Who has imprisoned two young children, John and Gillian, in his private quarters at the heart of the Tardis. They confront the silver-haired fiend about his terrible secret. Racked with guilt, he promises to buy the children presents and drives his Tardis to visit the Celestial Toymaker. The kindly craftsman shows them a variety of games and puzzles, but none of them quite fits the bill and so the Doctor Who bids him a fond farewell and heads for Hamley's in Regent Street instead.

The Five Doctor Whos

A powerful force takes five early Doctor Whos out of the time stream, forgetting that there are actually millions of Doctor Whos around, or even an infinite number like, following the magical correction of the 12 regenerations lark in 2015. One of the Doctor Whos pulls out anyway, preferring to punt his bird up the canal instead. The Doctor Whos keep running into each other and all sort of old friends drop in including the Daleks, Cybermen and Chumblies. Finally they bid the powerful force farewell, thank it for having them and return to their normal lives.

The Seeds of Deathly Doom

These lads find some mad cabbages in the snow and then they start turning into cabbages and then this weird bloke loves the cabbages and then there's a giant cabbage so the Doctor freaks out and starts waving a gun around and throws a bloke into a wood chipper. Elsewhere, Geordie is going on about anomalies but no one's interested and it turns out to be grand anyway.

The Two Doctor Whos

The Doctor Who the Sixth receives an invitation to go on holiday at a safari park in space from his old friend Daktari. Unfortunately, when he gets there, he finds that Daktari inadvertently sent the invitation to the Doctor Who the Second too. His holiday plans foiled, the Doctor Who the Sixth complains to Thomas Cook who offer him two weeks in Spain instead. Full or remorse for ruining his successor's holiday, the Doctor Who the Second arrives in Spain too. There they meet some old friends, the Sontarans. The Doctors go to a tapas bar called the Caves of Androgumi where DW the Second has a nasty reaction to the snacks, but a couple of Imodium swiftly cure his tummy trouble. The two Doctor Whos bid the Sontarans farewell and go back to their respective Tardises to continue their adventures.

Adventure of the Lion Cubs

Clarence the cross eyed lion and Judy the chimp befriend three lion cubs whose mother has become caught in a trap. Doctor Tracy gets involved and soon finds himself confronting poachers. Meanwhile Geordie notices a strange anomaly but it's only caused by a magnet someone dropped down the back of the dilithium crystal thing and there's nothing to worry about so it's grand. Proving Grounds

Alex notices her nephew, Chip, falling in with a tough crowd. When she realises that Chip is only part of the gang because he is being blackmailed (for a crime he didn't commit) she calls on her good friend Walker, Texas Ranger. Meanwhile, Geordie is concerned about a strange anomaly that may threaten the ship but it turns out to be nothing much and, after pressing a few buttons and looking at his BlackBerry, he relaxes because it's grand.

Doctor Who and the 'Chase Me' Daleks

The Doctor Who catches Ian and Barbara looking for history porn on the time-space visualiser. Rebuking them in his characteristically crochety way, he tunes in instead to his old friends the Daleks and challenges them to a race through time and space. The Daleks, all excited like, quickly build a time machine and join Doctor Who in racing to places like the Empire State, the Mary "Marie" Celeste and Planet Frankenstein. Finally they are lured to a mysterious planet that a Blue Peter presenter has built earlier. The deranged presenter, Peter Pervy, has created an army of robots called Mechanicaloids out of nothing more than washing-up liquid bottles and sticky-back plastic. Despite this, the Mechanicaloids manage to wipe out the Daleks. Ian and Barbara hijack the Daleks' travel machine for their own purposes and a distressed, yet crochety, the Doctor Who bids the planet farewell.

Doctor Who and the Dalek Courtesy Visit to the Earth

The Doctor Who, in his original crochety form, arrives back on Earth and finds that his old friends the Daleks are paying a courtesy visit. He is momentarily puzzled because these Daleks are earlier models of their kind yet they are able to travel freely across the universe whereas their final versions were confined to their city on Skaro. Doctor Who decides not to pursue the paradox because the Daleks are training up the workshy population to help mine for essential minerals. Despite protests from Arthur Scargill and the National Union of Mineworkers, the Daleks boost the economy and dig up lots of valuable metals for the Brits before the Doctor Who bids them - and his annoying granddaughter Susan - a fond farewell.

The Doctor Who and the Castrovalvas

Doctor Who's fifth incarnation gets off to a very bad start when he accidentally lands the Tardis in the middle of an Escher painting. After lounging about in the Tardis's Hero-to-Zero Room, he spends hours running up and down never-ending staircases rather than the customary corridors authorised by the BBC. Luckily Doctor Who is still very good at anagrams and, thanks to the Radio Times cast list, realises that a strange man in a funny hat is actually The Master. Adric acts the buffoon, as ever, getting stuck in a spider's web, but unfortunately manages to get free.
